    Default Chonkin: Mellee sorc

    So this is just a rough draft and i wanted to know if this is a viable build.Its meant to buff/heal itself while also doing some damage. All comments are appreciated!

    Aside from the obligatory reference to Tukaw, I must say I don't recommend this. I have a WF 12 Sorc/6 Pal/2 Monk (see the build here), and he's been relegated to storage for quite a while now.

    Diehard is a wasted feat - it's built in to being a Warforged.

    Mental Toughness/Improved Mental Toughness is also a waste - use those feats for melee DPS instead. If you want more spell points, take more Sorc levels.

    10 Con isn't going to be enough - you need to take at least 16 starting Con.

    16 Cha on a WF sorc isn't giving you very much for your investment. Typically, one spends 3-for-1 build points on a caster's main stat because they want to land spells - with only 12 levels of sorc, you're going to have a hard time penetrating Spell Resistance, and your saves without Heighten won't be very good.

    Please don't take the criticism you're going to experience in this thread personally - most people will have the best of intentions, and are just trying to help.

    I took diehard for the pally PE. The build wasnt meant to do THAT much casting but when its nescessarry or available it has some potential. 16 con seems a little high

    You'd do better with the Shield Mastery instead of Diehard. Heck, I took Shield Mastery on my 12 Wiz/6 Rngr/2 Rog just for the damage reduction alone!

    16 Con is 1-for-1 build points, which is where I start my Con on all my builds. It's a pretty cheap source of hitpoints.

    What you'll find out is that with the Savant PrE, your casting will dwarf your melee damage by a considerable margin.

    This build was a lot better when casting was expensive and pathetic. Now that it's cheap and powerful, the only reason to play one of these is for fun (IMHO), and I've got other builds that are more fun
