FVS DRs

I havent been able to find anything about this. So, FVSs get DR10/something at lvl 20. I assume Vulkor 10/Good is awesome, I dont think any enemies, not even at high lvl or epics can bypass that.

But my question is, what about Cold Iron and Silver DRs that Silver Flame, Sovereign Host and Undying Court provide? can any high lvl/epic enemie bypass those 10/Cold Iron or 10/Silver DRs?

I always get DR silver (started way back, when I used D&D source books to find out that most devils seem to use cold iron weapons, as they fight devils)...and it has, to my knowledge, never been broken by any enemy. Likewise, DR cold iron never really gets broken. No common enemy to my knowledge breaks any FvS DR (Good, Adamantine, Cold Iron, or Silver).

Good is rarely broken. The Paladins in Wrath of the Flame are the only things I can think of in the current game that can break it, and they aren't a significant threat.

Adamantine can be broken by Duergar and the Stormreaver. Possibly Lich Sor'jek as well. There is little threatening that can break it, however, and there are currently no epic Duergar.

I know of nothing in the current game that can break Silver DR.

I also know of nothing in the current game that can break Cold Iron DR. Technically, according to the PnP rules, Orthons should have Cold Iron weapons, but they do not in DDO, so you're safe.

Note that we're getting an expansion with about 15 new quests and a large assortment of new monsters, so there may be things there that can break certain DR types.

The upcoming venture into the Demonweb Pits seems to hint at a lot of demon-filled battles, so silver DR-breaking foes are a possibility.

I'd say rather unlikely, though...after all, we've already had devils that are supposed to break cold iron DR.

Clipped wings barely affected me, personally. Only places it was annoying was in explorer areas (House C, for example).

Thank you for the replies guys! I'll go with cold iron I think. I'll be sovereing so i can switch to silver if needed with Fred. Let's hope my DR keeps up unbreakable! lol
