    Please Critique this build for any glaring issues.

    Goals are:
    Decent Offensive Spellcasting Abilities
    Ability to Heal Effectively

    I'd definitely choose human as a first life favoured soul for the extra feat. This will let you drop constitution by 2 and charisma by 2 to start with 18 wisdom. Drop extend and add empower and 2 of: spell penetration, greater spell penetration, spell focus: evocation, greater spell focus: evocation, empower healing.

    Take Fire resist at 5, not 10.

    Even as an Elf, I'd go Sovereign Host. Your melee is going to be atrocious without Imp Crit and Power Attack (and single wielding), so the drop off from Scimitar to Longsword will not be noticeable. Sovereign Host has a -much- better Capstone. You could also consider Silver Flame...Elves already get some melee proficiencies, and the Searing Light capstone can do quite a bit now that we have Divine Punishment as an incentive to raise the Smiting line.

    You also didn't pick a feat at 18. I'd suggest Empower.

    Dump the Tier2 smiting crit enhancements (they don't give enough for the AP cost), take Life Magic IV.

    Drop charisma by 2, put those points into Int. You want Jump, Balance, Concentration, a point of Tumble...and that's not happening with 1 point/level through 7 for the Tome.
    Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.

    Thank you both for the advice. I will definitely take what of it I can into account. This character already exists, and is an Elf, so that is not able to be changed. Stats and feats are up in the air, as is faith since I am planning an LR to get this build in place.
