You are right. But since everyone who logged and partecipated the events helped to discover bugs, maybe indirectly, i would prefer a fair share among who partecipated than "random prize". Think about it for the next beta testing please.

No one I run with won anything and some of them were at 5 of the events.
Sounds like VERY sucky odds.

I wouldn't think of the time as wasted.

For me, personally, it was


- training
- having some fun
- learning a few quests to know better
- learning to know a few of the developers (although rather indirectly )
- helping me and others for the future through testing what I'd play later on the live servers - and others, too

See it of this : By testing there you've been keeping yourself away from becoming angry by some untetected bug. Because of the help of all testers we all know that on the live servers new physics engine upgrade the works just fine.

Plus, we got a glimpse of future things being available in the live servers.

I think, when the Cove event has ended, I'll use Lamannia as a ting of "testing area" for quests every now and then. In my eyes it is a good way for training (including keeping the eyes open for everything unusual which I think might disturb my play on the live servers).

Until the "server wipe", that is.

I for one am just grateful for the chance to test things out and the time and effort the dev's put into the whole thing - getting points offered was just a bonus.

No need to be sore and griefing the devs because you didnt get something that didnt have to be given out.
