    I think that there is more synergy between arty and rogue (xbow and int) rather than ranger and rogue (longbow and str). So one option might be simply 7Arty/13Rogue.

    If you are determined to use longbows, then consider 7Rogue/7M/6Ranger for manyshot and 10k stars.

    Personally, if I were to make a Rogue AA, I'd probably do the following:
    Str-based with 16-17 Dex, depending on the tome availability.

    13 Rogue/6 Ranger/1 Fighter, which costs you 3 feats, but you gain a lot of more DPS in point blank range and in the mellee department. The feats I'd cut would be the following: Finesse (No point when going Str-based)
    OTWF (this is somewhat compensated by having more SA to hit enhancements)
    Weapon Specialization (you can't take this with only 1 fighter level)

    For the rogue special feats, you'd get access to improved evasion and opportunist.

    If you shouldn't think that this is too attractive, I suggest to still go Str-based, and pick up Precise Shot and Improved Precise Shot.

    This is my take on an arcane archer/rogue, I think it turned out quite nicely and I'm really excited to try it out.
