Half-Elf Bard with Artificer Dillatant problem

Ok, to start with yes I did file a bug report and got the boiler plate responce which siad I should also post the issue on the forums so here goes.

I made a Half-Elf Bard and choose the Artificer dillatant feat. Among the benefits of the feat is the ability to use Artificer Scrolls. The idea was a Repeating Crossbow Bard who could add minor weapon and armor buffs as well as never running out of bolts via the Conjure Bolts spell. The problem is that Although I can use the Conjure Bolts scroll, when I cast it I get NO bolts in my inventory. I've checked every container (bags, quivers, etc...) and all inventory pages but no bolts.

I hpoe this is just a bug and noy WIA, as that detracrs from the Dillatant usefullness.
