healing amp doesnt hurt, if your planning to stay centered-jidz. if you plan to use more bow, you might as well take 6 monk. More feats, the better. If you have extras, more hp never hurts.

sneak attack is actually 1d6+3 if you plan to take enhancement. UMD is a plus for self healing, but only if you can get it high enough.

it all comes down to WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. do you want to swing a sword/axe, or shoot arrows and use ki weapons? I cant tell you which one is better. They are all good, greataxe(ridiculous crit), and fists(1d10 X2) so you decide what you want.
