Mature player looking for likeminded people

Hi.
I am a returning player to DDO. Having really enjoyed my previous time in the game, I thought I would try again.
The main thing that didnt keep me around the last time, was the feeling of being alone. Even though there were other players around, it was hard to find someone to chat with, ask questions to (yes this game is quite confusing for me still) and finding groups was also quite difficult.

I have been playing MMO`s for 8 years now, and started my gaming career back in the 1980`s on a Commodore 64.

What I am looking for is a guild that has a mature(ish) population. I want people to be laid back, it is a game, and should be treated as such.

I am situated in Europe, so a guild that shares my timezone would be preferred. I dont mind what server the guild is on, as I havent gotten any character to above level 2 yet (this time around that is).

I hope that someone has room for me. Please ask questions should there be any.

We are recruiting roleplayers. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE BERSERKERS or "ZERGS!" We are a medieval/military/Templar based roleplaying guild that has melded my ADnD 2nd addition "tabletop" campaign of over 20 years w/DDO's campaign.
I am a DM from ADnD 2nd addition and have been for over 20 years. Our guild is level 31 and has an airship w/all amenities, we are active, however we are recruiting more and more to increase the amount of active members so that at any time (24/7) anyone from our guild should be able to log on and find enough guild members to quest with (so as not to have to find strangers for that.)

The European population is spread on the following servers :

- Ghallanda : that's where the Characters from the Codemasters servers were dumped when they closed.
- Thelanis : that's where most of the European players went when F2P was introduced in the US.
- Cannith and Orien : that's where the rest of the Europeans went when F2P was introduced as they were brand new servers at that time.
- Wayfinder : that's officially the German Speaking server. It's the newest server and there's not many people on it.

Now if you were a member of a guild on the European servers you might want to look if it still exist and if it's play style hasn't changed.
