Have to say I disagree with your #71 tip, halfling barbs are great. on a pure maths examination, they get only 1.5 damage less per swing than a human, but assuming your not building your barb as a tank then you can add a whole bunch of sneak attack to that. To hit is the same, hit points are the same and saves are much much better, and that can realy matter. Infact a halfling barb DPS build - ie one thats NOT tanking will be putting out more damage then even a horc, dwarf or WF.

regarding tip 72: absolutely correct, assuming your barb is a dps or tactics build. If its a 'tank' however there are times the healer would like to use heal scrols on you - and having poor heal amp in those circumstances means masive expenditure or posible wipe.


and regarding the post directly below you about summons:
u&uTT #094 Cary a stack of summon monster 1 scrolls if you are into summoning. Summoning a rat will dismiss your curent summon and cr1 rats are prety harmless.
