Force Missile bugged?

As a level 20 Wizard, my Force Missile spell only produces 4 missiles. I want more, I expect more, and Wiki and Compendium both agree that I should have more.

Before I submit a bug I'd like to run it past the forum users. What am I missing?

Does anyone use this spell? 4th level spells slots are tight, lotsa good spells there. If not, how about if it put out 50% more damage (as Wiki claims it should)?

It's probably just a bad spell description. 4 missles should be the max.
