Items and Enhancements (and Spells/Feats) will stack. Items of the same magnitude will not stack.

Yep.. also, the natural armour bonus you get from earth stance will stack with that granted by barkskin OR toughen construct OR present on items (eg. the epic chimeras crown).

All items stack with all feats stack with all enhancements.

The exception is that Improved Critical will not stack with Keen/Impact.
