I am sure that the following stack for the SP portion of the proc.
1 conc-opp weapon
1 conc-opp accessory
torc

But can anyone verify through experience if 2 conc-opp weapons stack?

I was wandering around in the forums and found this video which was supposedly updated December 2011. It claims that 2 conc opp weapons stack.

Would appreciate reliable first-hand information. I am mostly interested in the SP portion of the proc.
