Question on guild levels

This is the first time I've been on Lamannia. I've transferred 3 characters over with no problem. However, the big issue I have is that they all have various equipment with tiny or small guild slots with augments in them. But there is no guild on the Lamannia server so I can't use any of that equipment. I created a guild but it's just level 1 of course. Do the dev's give out guild levels and stuff or must I just get other equipment if I want to test things?

The devs give out xp,guild renown,crafting xp,platinum,and equipmnt at dev events there may be one today from 5pm to 8pn EST today.

There are many guilds on Lammy I have a level 100 guild with the level 80 ship Every guild that was made as of Thursdays Event the guilds got leveled to 100. Right now we have 62 accounts in the guild most have many alt toons..
