Error processing payment for the pre-purchase of Menace

I have (as of yet unsuccesfully) tried to pre-purchase Menace.

If I use the credit card option, I get a pop-up saying "Processing failed" - I am guessing that is because there is no way to enter the three digit verification code on VISA credit cards.

If I use the PayPal option, I just get reverted back to the https://..digitalriver... with a page header saying somthing along the lines of "Unable to process".

What to do?
