Tavern regeneration, bar items weak and outdated

Rework the tavern regeneration items.

Ever since turbine doubled the town and tavern regeneration, there is a huge list of useless items in the bar because they are weaker then the effect already active...

Also made my Murlynd's Spoon useless.

Ever since they put in the "shrine on exiting ometed quest" the tavern items have been all but obsolete. I think I've used them a half dozen times in two years.

They are needed for /death porting, or in the situation that you release from a quest (died soloing, etc, or the rare party wipe)

tbh, Murlynd's Spoon should just be revamped entirely. Make it produce tasty hams 1/day or something.

What they need for the taverns is to get rid of all food/drink that costs less than 2 platinum, and then put in some new food/drink that covers 3500 SP and 1000 HP.

I hate all of the fluff items that nobody in korthos even uses anymore, and they make scrolling through to find the items that I -do- want to be a big hassle.

Then there's the more annoying problem of having to buy 2 drinks to fill my SP bar, because the most expensive SP drink won't do it.
