PD Guilds on Khyber?

I post this as well on the server forum but perhaps this is a better venue. Are there any PD Guilds on Khyber or will I need to start characters on another server and if that's the case which guild might be best suited for someone who plays anywhere from 6-11pm MST on weekdays and pretty much any time on weekends?

There is almost at least one PD guild in every server - The Core is on Khyber.
