    Default Paid for VIP ***a few hours later reverted back to premium why?***

    This morning I paid for VIP 3 months. After a few minutes logged on and had full VIP access. I played for a few hours and had fun. I like VIP a lot. Now a few hours later I don't have VIP access it reverted back to premium. Please tell me how to contact the right people. I don't want to be charged for 3 months if I only get 3 hours of VIP.
