Husband & Wife Duo looking for a guild

My husband and I are looking for a guild on the server Khyber. We have been playing a few weeks and have played around with a couple different toon combos and want to settle into a nice guild. I work afternoons eastern time, so our daily play times don't start til 1am my time, and of course more often on weekends and days off. We would like to find a guild with other people awake when we are (it's always a problem working afternoon).

P.S. The playoffs start tomorrow, so we might be slightly less active if our team makes it all the way to the cup.

The good thing about your playtime is that it's getting into the zone when us Aussie's are playing the most (I think our guild raid time is about 4am your time).

Another option is to form your own guild (small guilds get substantial bonuses to renown - most of the top guilds are "small" or "medium" sized) or pug until you meet some people that have a similar play style as you, I've tended to find that method to work better (my present guild being the exception).

I duo with a friend around 1am est. Shoot me a pm with your levels and we can at least run some content. Its honestly best to run with people from guilds first. If they like you, you'll get picked up. I saw In Bad Company toss out an invite to at least run with them. IBC are really good people and a lot of fun to run with. Hope to meet up in game.

If you do go the route of creating your own guild, my advice would be to set a guild level goal. Don't expect to hit 100 any time soon. My wife and I decided that if we can hit level 63 then we would be happy. It would give us all the 30 point resists and +2 shrines as well as the 3% xp shrine.

All the higher stuff just isn't needed (by us at least)

We hit 62 at the weekend and I think we will actually be able to reach and maintain around lvl 72/73.

Its taken us around 16 months or so to get there.

As for the guild, we've decided to nail down our "mains" first. We are still getting our feelers down, and have a couple toons each. When we reach levels in the upper teens we will be on the lookout for a guild again.

EDIT: Ahem, I posted this without realizing you are talking about a different server We're in Orien.

Hellhawks(56) have a lot of friendly players. There are definitely husbands, and definitely wives. Though I don't believe too many of them are actually married to each other lol. But we are a more mature guild in terms of socializing with the guildies. If you don't find a guild you like consider giving us a try. Most players who join enjoy being members. I'm sure you guys would get along with our ranks just fine
