Unable to Lesser reincarnate.

I have activated a lesser heart of wood and I am unable to use it. When I activate the reincarnation at Character selection screen this is what I am seeing

1. Character selection


2. First screen of character creation GUI. Notice that there is no Character model?


3.Choose Melee and click next. ( all options are selectable and shouldnt be since this was a lesser heart of wood)


4.Notice the box on the right?


5.Choose fighter and click next


6.Customize is highlighted as only selectable option as it should be but I am not able to choose stats. It jumps automatically to #7


7.


8. Character creation failed.

Here is the error message I am getting in my dndclient. log

I have unistalled the game and did a fresh install. I am still getting the same error .

I have contacted in game support they advised me to contact account support. I contacted account support they advised me to contact Technical support. I have filed a ingame bug report and I am following up with this forum post. Please help me get this fixed.

Was it marked as Lesser, +1 Lesser, or +3 Lesser? Instead of selecting at each stage just click next when it pops up to see if it advances properly if it was a plain Lesser Heart.

It was a plain lesser. I missed a feat required for Kensai 3 and I am trying to fix it. Because some pre-req feats need to be taken in a certain order it is easier to lesser than it would be to try and do multiple feat swaps

Looks like corrupt Graphics files to me... Might be time for a reinstall.

updated OP . The fresh install did not solve the problem . I believe the error is caused on turbines end. Also I have waited over a week to submit this thinking that it may be related to the 1 week timer linked to lesser reincarnations.

Does your last name include an apostrophe?

if yes then this is a known problem. Log into the character if you can and ask a GM for a rename or purchase a rename token.

Hmm. Looks like an interesting problem.

My guess is that there is something wonky on your original name change from cereal killer.

The other thing that looks a little odd, is the record of your first life on myddo is showing level 19, instead of 20.

Could you put up a link to a bigger version of that first screenshot? I'm interested in seeing exactly what the reincarnate option there reads.

Still no fix yet. I have submitted a ticket to tech support. Hopefully they will be able to fix this.

Hmm.. Since we haven't figured anything out, you might want to repost this in the In-Game customer service section. The tech support replies here are hit and miss from the turbine side since this isn't an officially supported section of the forums, but there is a Turbine employee assigned to moniter the other section.
