Stone of XP fix

I was just minding my own business, checking my mail... when all of a sudden a window pops up asking me if id like to accept this stone of xp. All the window asks is yes or no, it doesn't really give any warning, it doesn't look very different from a common dialog box. Being the reasonable thinker I am, I hit no... The box did not go away. I had to hit no 5 more times because either someone was spamming it on me or multiple people are able to hit you with it at once.

What I believe to be a reasonable and easily implemented solution to this, would be to make it so those stealth stoners have their stone consumed whenever they use it on somebody, whether the person accepts or not. This would make it so that the people who are trying to get their snow panther cub would have to use proper and acceptable methods rather than trying to steal a large benefit from someone.

agreed, as it is rather irritating. do what i did. use a stone :P

I wouldn't have the stone consumed, but I would put a cooldown (at least five minutes) and make a cast time bar (make it take 30 seconds to use). Then for the person it gets applied to, make it state exactly what it is doing and require entering the character's name.

Of course they aren't going to change anything about it, the problem will pretty much solve itself before they could.

However, the ideas presented above are excellent and should be kept in mind for the future.

As an aside, it's not the end of the world for anyone. It was not introduced to lessen the grind of your 3rd life TR, it was introduced to help some people get to 20 so they could take advantage of the expansion when it comes out in a few weeks.
