My thought is "not quite" as it is going to cost the US tax payers, and I mean all US tax payers money to get is struck down as unconstitutional. But enough politics.

I mostly posted this as a joke and as a troll as I doubt they will ever get it to work quite the way they want it too, nm all the arguments against it etc etc. Looks like I am going to get 6 months jail time for each of you that I trolled, see you guys in a few dozen years
