I tried to buy the MotU pre-purchase pack using Firefox, and it didn't work. I always ended up with an empty shopping cart, even after I had turned off the firewall and the adblock plugin.
I was about to contact customer support when it occured to me to try and use Internet Explorer, and I could make the purchase without any problems.
So if you have similar problems using a different browser might be the solution.

I was able to purchase with Chrome however after temp-allowing scripts with NotScripts it incremented my shopping cart by 1 and to adjust it accordingly.
