Beg zeffie to come... She has some luck for wraps. For a time when I would die my soul stone was ported to her feet. Then she looted my TORC and it stopped porting to her feet!

You could also try running DA on elite. I have pulled several pair on my server by not running epic. The only difference I have seen between elite and epic is the enhancement. Elite usually drops between +1 and +3 while epic can drop the +4s and +5s. Good Luck
