    Default Sorcerer savant inherit spells question returning player

    I took a 7 month break and found that my inherit spells had a cool down

    When did this happen?

    Missing my electric loop spam

    I think the non-cooldown feature was a bug at the time?

    They always had a cool down. You can alternate the SLA with the spell loaded thou if you wanna spam it.
