Faxing credit card information to a number that may or may not be actually Turbine? Where, even if it was Turbine, anyone walking by the fax machine can snatch it out of the tray?

It's probable there valid fax line but you can try calling Account Management by phone at (781) 407-4020. There hours are:

Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern
Weekend Coverage: 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM Eastern
