ui overlap issues in 800X600

but my main concern in this post and thing i wanted to get at MOST is this:

I play in Hide UI mode alot and would like to be able to SHOW certain pieces of the ui....like the health bar, the party health bar, and maybe a chat...but still want to be able to remove some/all of the other stuff...

I guess what im trying to say is can you make it so when im in hide ui mode that i can still show some of the ui that i do want showing?
