    Default which toon to TR

    I want to TR one of my toons into an assassin rogue......I am wondering which one to TR......
    got 3 lv20 at this moment.....



    Human Cleric with moderate gears
    Reasons I wanna TR him : got the BtC gears that would help my rogue
    raid completions almost done
    got lots of BtC that may well stuff into TR cache
    Reasons not to TR him : He never worries about getting into group.
    And people LOVE healbot clerics regardless of what they say on the forum......

    WF artificer almost completely geared
    Reasons I wanna TR him : got some btc rogue gears as well
    Gears needed for my rogue is somewhat simular to what I have on him
    Reasons not to TR him : REALLY good dps,REALLY good survivability and solo capacity.
    Artificer feats help as he is my main crafter

    first life Human Wizzard PM. Not geared at all
    Reasons I wanna TR him : Not geared :> save me the pain to gear him
    hasn't raided too much yet so I dun have to bother with the completions
    Not flagged for a lot of raids so save me the pain to flag
    Reasons not to TR him : PM is the reason why I made this toon to begin with
    I love his instant death kills (which is why I tr'ed my barb into artificer because wizzies always kill all the mobs before i can touch them), and despite his gimped gears he does well with only 38DC
    Not much gears for the next life.....No GS items yet

    Some input would be very welcome :>

    I would suggest TRing the wizard into another PM for the simple reason that a single past life for a wizard is hugely beneficial for any caster since the passive feat gives +2 Spell Penetration and the active feat gives +1 DC to all spells.

    That WAS my plan.....however.....
    I REALLY want to make a rogue now......
    If I were to TR the wiz into another wiz, I would need to farm for my torc and 2 GS items(sp, hp) which will take a long time.........

    ... Or use the cleric ... Sounds like even though you find groups easily that he isn't you're most fun

    TR the Arti into a Rogue if you want to play a rogue. Whilst doing this, farm for your Torc on your Wiz and work on your GS.

    Now I am debating with myself whether to TR the arti or cleric.....while farming for the ring of stalker.....

    On the other hand, artificer->rogue->artificer is a pretty nice TR path. The SoS clicky is great combined with endless fusillade -- really fantastic burst DPS. So if holwic isn't sure he wants to keep the rogue at cap, but maybe just wants the experience of playing one, then I think TRing the artificer with an eventual plan to TR back into arti makes a lot of sense.

    Sounds great especially when I have almost all gears needed......
    If I REALLY enjoy it, I may do a vet2 assassin->assassin......

    If it weren't for the Crafting issue, I would say Arty hands down.

    Always look for the TR benefits beyond just a couple more build points.

    The other 2 offer nothing for a Rogue.

    The Arty does, but you will lose 10 levels right off the bat on your crafter.

    If you have time invested in crafting, then don't do this, roll a 4th toon.

    If your crafting levels are low, tr that guy. Then start a a human arty with dragonmarks and develop him as your crafter.

    You don't need to farm anything for wiz-wiz, though. You leveled it up the first time without that stuff, it will be even easier this time regardless. The hard wizard levels are the first 6, getting a big boost at level 11 isn't as big as it is for melees.
