    Default Build Request!! Palemaster-Artificer MELEE

    So i got to thinking about making a Palemaster, Artificer build and wanted some help and feedback in mastering this build.

    Goals:
    Trapper
    Pale master (self healing with Death Aura, Death blast etc and skelly summons)
    Artificer for the weapon buffs, dog summon, runearm

    in essence i wana summon a skelly and a dog, do a bunch of melee dps with self healing and buffing. using a 1hander benifiting from my runearm. and do mostly negative damage nukes with some dots. the bulk of my damage geared towards melee and DoTs, electric for bosses.

    I think electric would do well due to both wiz and arti having lots of eletric stuff and lighning motes lowering spell resistance etc...

    Basically wana throw something like that together and would like community input to see what you guys suggest or think about the build.

    Lastly would 2 levels of rogue benifit the build at all do you think? more skill points/ evasion.

    This sounds like a crazy-gimped build to me. You're essentially watering down the abilities of both classes to be a weaksauce PM + weaksauce arty. And summons too? They're bad enough on a pure caster; I can only shudder to imagine how bad they are when you MC as you won't have access to the more powerful summons / doggie.

    So I'm excited by the prospect of trying to put one together when I get home tonight!

    You could achieve the same end results by taking any build and just piking at the start of quests.

    Increase the dungeon scaling for the rest of the group and bring nothing useful to the party.

    It's a shame this wouldn't work well. I've wanted a viable arcane casting melee class for a while.

    Default I made an arti/palemaster and its my best toon a death knight. Inspired by Warduke&Da

    I took eldritch knight initial eldritch strike and eventually martial prowess and weapons archmage illusion enhancements for SLA phantasmal killer. Arcanotech for pet buffs and my Darth Vader Like Blastrod and electric SLA which do 200-420+hp damage at. Level 12(5arti/7wiz and use vamp shroud for red eyes and enchantment enhancement. Construct essence for self healing out of vamp form and regenerates automatically when. Arti pet out and near. Death knight are kind of living and undead so it a befiting build and i can still cast like crazy even after Sp rune out and rune arm i most use is hand of tomb cause dnd krynn death knights infamous for fireballs. Have several guard ite.s so most things that attack me melee comittee suicide. I figured out how to be able to self heal even when sp runs out and by. Far this build resparked my interest and got me enjoyi g DDO o ce agwin cause was. Not too active before this build just logging in so didnt lose guild and daily dice rolls.
