few of the set are nice, but some really need some love. for example the deepwood sniper set. also we need a set for druid ,artficer and favor soul.

They WILL not be adding anymore items to it (as far as I know) because the drop rates are HORRIBLE and more items would make it worse.
If they adjusted the loot tables to drop more rings, they could make the chance of getting, say, a Gnawed band end up exactly the same, but the chance of ANY ring would have to be increased.
I agree that for a long time the stats on some ToD rings, the effects of some of their neck/belt counterparts, and the set/prestige bonuses of many of the set have been notably subpar at best, and a terrible equipment choice at worst.
One unique, and most personally annoying omission is that the Gilvaenors set (for the Arcane Archer prestige) has NO prestige bonus despite the fact that Arcane Archer PrE has been a full prestige since before ToD even existed :/
No, it hasn't. Arcane Archer prestige class only has one level. This level does unlock myriad of other level based enhancement, but it's still just one level.
This may be *technically* true, but if you simply added a title to the various tiers of "Conjure Arrows", then Arcane Archer begins to look exactly the same as Archmage, its closest counterpart. Arcane Archers do not lack more tiers due to being incomplete, but because of (Excuse me Devs) lazy programming.
All I'm asking for is "if you have the enhancement Conjure +5 arrows, then you gain X benefit while wearing the Gilvaenors ring and necklace set"
Then again, I'm not opposed to Devs coming back and adding new shiny abilities to Arcane Archer to make it an "officially completed" PrE in the next update.
It's a bit more than *technical*, since Archamge, like other multi-tiered prestige classes, requires feat(s) to progress and arcane archer does not.
Arcane archer is also a dodgy example, if You ask me, since it's the only prestige class not bound to a specific class.
I didn't do the AP calculations, but would it then be possible to have 2 ToD bonus effects at the same time? Should it be possible?
According to Turbine, all PrEs...every single one of them, including ones that aren't currently implemented at all...will be fully fleshed out with the new enhancement system when MotU launches. Then again, I'm not opposed to Devs coming back and adding new shiny abilities to Arcane Archer to make it an "officially completed" PrE in the next update.
Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.
I'm ok with not updating the TOD rings, but I wouldn't be against other ways to put those T2 abilities on things or have them found on other named items ... healing amp, +2 exc. stat, monk bursting.
Ghallanda - now with fewer alts and more ghostbane
Arcane Archer front-loads its feat requirements. 2-3 feats are required before you even take the Prestige. And considering how feat-heavy Bow-based combat is, this is no small investment. Bow Strength, Rapid Shot, Point Blank Shot, Improved Crit: Ranged, Precise Shot, Improved Precise Shot... Add in Weapon Focus:Ranged and mental Toughness, and AA becomes simply un-usable except on classes with multiple bonus feats (And one of those classes, Monks, will need Zen Archery to boot!)
As for whether characters should be able to benefit from multiple ToD set prestige bonuses... well, they will in the next update, after Racial prestiges (Stalwart Defender, Assassin, Tempest...) and class prestiges stack. So whynot Arcane Archer?
This is true. However, that raises the question - Is Arcane Archer in its current form "Complete"? I would expect that an Arcane Archer revamp would be very low on the priority list of those working on updating, adding, and finishing prestiges. However, i would very very much like to see AA get some love with the PrE update... and hopefully finally get a ToD bonus to go with it :P
