I was able to report a bug successfully from in game, and I even got the follow-up email. Everything seemed to work fine.

BUg reporting tool busted again
Tried to report a bug from in game and it sent me to a generic forum page
Why not invite your spouse to play?

I had a problem with my character today, so I went and filed a bug report. Ok But Report told me to make a in game ticket. Ok In game ticket told me to go file a bug report. So I then called 855-WBGAMES, they told me to go make a in game ticket. Why do I feel like I'm getting the run-around here?
