2000 Favor Bonus Turbine points

Is this broken for anyone else?

2 alts both only received 25 TP for reaching 2000 favor in last 2 days:

I'm sure this is not the issue since you stated "The last 2 days" but..

Some favor rewards do not show up when they should and a log out/in fixes the issue. I'm sure in two days that you've logged out and back in. If you haven't then please give yourself a break

Were you expecting the 100 points for 2000 favor? If so this is only granted once per server, to the first character that achieves it.

Yep tried the logout without luck. I've been contacted by support after I emailed them - they said TP should arrive 48 hours after the email arrives -however no mail was triggered for the 100 bonus. Looks like they sent me 25 TP for 2K favour again earlier but still no 100 TP bonus email alongside it.

You can gain each bonus only once per server.
