Or do I have to call Digital River to order it over the phone with a prepaid credit card?

While this isn't a definitive answer, I would assume that no you cannot call Turbine because they are using DigitalRiver and not selling it direct.

However I have to ask, why can't you just use the digitalriver link to purchase the expansion?

If it's a gift card, you may need to register the card before the site will accept it. Other than that there should be no issues. I bought the expansion using a gift card.

That means adding your address to the credit card information so that companies you are trying to make purchases can verify it. Some times all you need is a postal code.

Once you have registered the card, go ahead and try to use it at our website 'http://underdark.ddo.com/' to purchase the pre-order. You will be sent a product key by email to update your account. There is also a sticky here if you have some questions on that process.

If for some reason you are not able to purchase the Menace of the Underdark pre-order through our website, please use the information in my signature to contact the Account Management team. They will be happy to assist you

Ok thanks for the info! Going 2 try get this done before the end of the week! Also I will be purchasing the addtional

11K points with that as well so hopefully no problems/issues with that either with using a prepaid credit card!

Any of those should work, you just will want to make sure you register the card and give it some time to fully register before you use the gift card.
