Default conjuring bolt incongruity in public areas

I can use the artificer infusion "Conjure Bolts" in public spaces, but I cannot use the "Flame Arrow" infusion in public spaces.

Flaming bolts are better at low levels when the conjure bolts spell only gives out +1 or +2 arrows and most enemies are damaged by fire. Arguably that changes as you level your arty, and the conjured bolts become better unless you already have a +5 or greater RHXB. I'd like to be able to conjure both types in public areas. I still have to carry the darn things around outside my expensive and now nearly useless quivers (another issue). At least let me conjure them in town before heading off for adventure. Please.

OBVIOUSLY stepping into a level 4 quest, popping row after row of Flaming arrows(bolts), then stepping out and regaining your SP in 5 seconds is what the devs intended for us to do.

It is the balanced and logical option.

    Default Wand em

You can wand them... very cheaply...

EDIT: Meaning your argument is silly, that unlimited arrows would be OP.

Hmm, I think I rolled a 1 and thought his sarcasm was in the opposite direction.

I am real dumb. That is a perfect solution for me...for now.

Sometime in the future, can I please summon bolts before I go into a quest? The rest of my party doesn't really like waiting 3 minutes for me to summon bolts before we get started. Buff. Summon. Buff. Summon. Buff. Summon. Sheesh!

Welcome to the Paladin pain known as Holy Sword.

Just be glad you don't have to pick up unique spell components only sold in house J and Amarath (I think those are it?) before completing this ritual every time you sign on.
