Dunno if this issue was posted elsewhere - Used the Lesser on previous life, worked fine after TR, purchased the upgrade for 600tp and it says "You do not meet the prerequisite conditions for using this tome. See item description for details." Put in a ticket but ofc to no avail, anyone else experience this?

This has happened to me.............
After i TR'd the book did not show in the ui sheet but i was still getting the xp bonus in quests so i forgot about it.
Bought the upgrade from the store and it won't let me upgrade it?
How do i contact a GM? I've never done it before

I thought that was the known issue:
NEW: Tome upgrades will now work after reincarnation.
That is in the patch release notes on lammania ( http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=206066 )Khyber -- Grubbby, Grubonon, Gralak, and all the gang of *grubs* in the Homeboys of Stormreach.
