If you upgraded yesterday and today you lost your ViP that means there was a billing problem.
Give Turbine a call to try and resolve this after making sure you have enough funds on your card.
Yesterday the vip account worked all day...i've send an e mail to turbine but for now i had no answer...hope they fix it...by the way,if i already paid a month subscription i need to have more funds on my card? I don't understand...

When you upgrade to VIP, I think (not 100% sure) Turbine upgrades your account to VIP quickly even though the transaction might not have been fully processed. Therefore if your bank blocked the transaction later, perhaps thinking that it is a fraudulent transaction, Turbine downgraded your account back to f2p.
Perhaps you could talk to your bank as well and ask if they registered the transaction to Turbine and whether they blocked it.

Edit: I noticed you bought VIP for only 1 month, which is around $14.99 (in your case 12.99 Euro). I'm not sure if the promotion is still on, but try to see if the promo for 3 months for $29.97 is still on (equivalent to $9.99/month). It's definitely much more worth it then paying for a month.![]()

As MsEricka has already said you need to talk to Turbine. No one in the community forums can help you with a billing issue.
