Ok so you want a toon with 0 gear and stat boosts for a big expansion to test? That is stupid on it's own so no and no The devs leveled me I didn't waste time doing that. Seriously guys think not everyone has super ultra geared toons on live and I wanted a properly geared sorc for underdark.

It's called character transfer, the point of lamma is to transfer a copy of your toon on another server to lamma to test and evaluate new content. Lamma is NOT a normal server where you would play, level and gear up. You completely miss the point of the server, you misread/didnt read the fact that it is FOR TESTING, your ignorance will not shape turbines policies.

hmmmm.

i would recommend exploring the quests you can access to the fullest. earn or buy the best gear you can get your hands on. you are off to a good start (altho the lack of wisdom will hurt your monk), but some fortification and +con items would do you well. crits hurt. alot. pick a favorite character and try to level that one up. you are spread thin now, and if you are serious about playing in the expansion when it releases you need to buckle down and get crackin' toward that goal.

P.S. - OH! and i missed this earlier:

you will NOT be able to PRE-PURCHASE underdark with TP. it is REAL MONEY ONLY to pre-purchase
you will be able to buy PARTS of it (the quests, druid, challenges) individually with TP in August.

i highly recommend delera's, the xp is excellent. jump on it TODAY. the sale is gone tomorrow.


if you do indeed drop the $80 for the CE... as i said before, horde the points. you only get 2000 of them unless you can also swing the $60 for the 11K TP add-on. wait for packs to go on sale. there are plenty of threads recommending which to buy at what levels, and a fair few you'll get with the CE without needing to spend points on them and this is good.

beyond the packs that come with the CE, i would recommend getting the necropolis bundle, the demon sands pack, vale, and house cannith (not the challenges, the quest pack). between what you get from the CE, those packs, and the free content, you should be EASILY able to level to 20 and gear out appropriately

I would like to thank you alot with the 1000tp i had saved i have all the low level packs i need for the future and now when i get underdark ill have the rest of the packs and with the 2k tp it gives ill be able to get vale and gianthold and ill be set (: again i thank you guess i got something out of this pointless rant thread after all xD

What they need tested, they allow or give players the ability to access and run them. Via their 'admin' tools.

i love my monk but i also love casters now i will do it but people judge my character for no reason lol because hes 28 pointbuild and if i cant self heal most groups wont take me it is really stupid =\ monks get no love D:

Drive the people that only play on Lama out of the game. They don't pay Turbine any money and they seriously wreck your ability to test anything, by hitting any LFM that's posted and having no clue how to play the game.

Or better yet, hire some PAID staff of beta testers like a normal company would, instead of being cheapskates and depending on the community to test your product for you.

Ok you ******** dissing my education knock it off just because where in the future to where i can learn online doesnt mean its any different then regular school we have lessons i actually do. wikipedias full of **** i have sessions online where teachers talk to us teach us they have a system called proctoring to make sure where doing our work and understand it i happen to finish my work faster then others online school is made for people to work on the pace they want me i work faster then others back to on topic this thread can be closed now i dont care anymore also i will preorder underdark next month and a level 20 sorc in a month xD so i wont have to worry about that

they are giving you **** about your education because you cannot be bothered to show you have one. i don't know about anyone else, but if someone busted on my grammar for a post i made, you can be DARN sure my grammar, spelling, and punctuation would be absolutely impeccable in my next post, just to spite them.

I think everyone here has missed the point.

He is talking about a "Character Whipe" which is totally different.

A "wipe" would mean to delete all the stuff. When the original poster typed "whipe" it meant that he was in such a nerd rage that there was nothing else to do but come to the boards and be angry, not even taking three seconds to proofread his title. After reading what you had written, I must provide my own insight into when you are ranting about.
