no the guy is arguing with me because he claims I don't read also I did see what the dev said it sucks. Also let me clarify for you all update 13 epic gear is not all oriented for sorcs only 3 items I use fro my sorc and I was always told it is impossible to level to 20 without vip or packs. Also please comprehend what I'm saying sense update 13 I have been planning my character on lamania to test the future expansion Underdark it will have wasted alot of my time to have done all this planning for testing underdark the devs level and stuff but they dont give me all proper items i need for a character if the devs did give me gear oriented around my class I'd be fine and dandy with the wipe but it truly is disappointing to find i wasted weeks preparing for the future expansion lamania update =\ (excuse the grammar becoming lazy for now)

ok. let me try to answer you as best i can figure out what you are saying.

1. i know very well that not all of the items from U13 are caster items. i'm the one who linked a bunch of images of all the items (non epic versions) in the original "new items" thread.

2. you were told it was impossible? whoever told you was wrong. it is completely possible to play and enjoy the entire game and level to 20 and play epics and everything without spending a single cent. it just takes a long time to do so. for the short term, with the addition of new FREE quests, you should be able to get to (or darn near close to) 20. save the points you gain from favor. horde them like they are precious. buy packs when they are on sale (like the low level packs that are 75% off right now. jump on that!) and use those packs that you bought (for FREE because you didn't actually spend money to get the TPs) to get MORE TPs. always wait for sales on packs. given time, you will own the entire game.

3. you were planning your character to test the expansion? erm... not to be rude, but i never would have done that... BECAUSE i'm always waiting for the axe to fall. as i said, they make it VERY CLEAR that lamma will be wiped frequently. count your lucky stars when it isn't. heck, i was honestly shocked they didn't do a wipe between U12 and U13!

seriously, do what the rest of us do, and hit the brand new stuff buck nakked. it's fun!
