    Wondering if I should keep it, or trade it. How much these things trade for?

    +3 could go for 3-5 reds I think. Maybe more. I think with TP trading pretty freely nowadays for Reds, LDS, and Plat, you should check those and convert it.

    I'd generally assume about 2 reds myself, 1 million plat or there abouts seems a reasonable price for one of these.

    Pulled an unbound +3 heart and placed it upon the auction house for 1,234,567 plat.
    Went to bed, logged in the next morning and it was already sold.
