    Default Hope for getting TP back with store error?

    So I bought one of the adventure packs that are on sale right now, but apparently not all of the store's information was updated with the sale price, because it charged me the full price in TP. When I checked the detailed page it still showed the full price even though the catalog and quick buy confirmation had the sale price (which is now also showing on the detailed page). Anyone have any experience in a situation like this and any hope I'll get my points back?

    i've seen this happen with "it will cost 0 TP items" says 0 TP on the checkout on the receipt on the other hand....

    Contact them, stuff like this usually is resolved without tooo much hassle in my experience.

    Ya, I did send a ticket, after I picked the drop-down that didn't require a CC# (had been a prepaid, but now expired and met its maker) but before I read the instruction on what to do without a CC#, so I may not have picked the best drop-down after all. It's distressing that the sale will be over before the ticket is seen, so it's not immediately obvious I did push the button while the sale was in progress.

    As a follow-up, actually got the difference in points back today (Sunday), with what looked like a form letter response of "checkout price did not match sale price".
