    Thumbs down a virtual nightmare

    Just bought the pre-purchase with the point bundle. I received several "authorization failed" messages as I tried to pay. Called my credit card company only to find they declined the transaction(s) because they thought it was a fraudulent purchase (no idea why). While the CC cust. service was on the line i submitted again...failed again...submitted again...hurray it went through!

    OkieDokie...I've got my product key...Now to take to ddo account!

    Input Underdark key...wait..log into game...I've got my 2000pts, and my underdark icon in inventory!
    Input 11,000 point key...no code recognized...try again...again...nothing.

    All this after I had to reset Click and buy password, authorized click and buy account which requires a minimal puchase of between 1-2 GBP's and DDO account password....sheesh.

    Submitted a ticket for point bundle will wait and see...not sure how many times my card will be charged

    Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through and several times I contemplated not going forward. I am sure other, less determined souls will give up at some point during the process.
    It's better to forget something you have done, than to remember something you haven't.

    Default Bet your doing it wrong

    Put the code for the turbine points in the redeem card slot in the ddo store menu not your account at turbine.

    It is all worth it when you finally log that character of yours with arachnophobia and spend most of your time trying to run away from your spider companion.

    PS: It has seemed to go pretty badly for some people but you have the proof of purchase so you should get sorted out.

    Elation is correct, the Turbine Points code would need to redeemed in the DDO Store itself. The Account Management website will verify its a product key, but its not, so it won't work there. But, if you copy it into the where you redeem codes in the DDO Store, it should work fine.
