Tinker's Goggles - confirmed current drop locations?

I've got one set; I think (heh) I pulled it from the Master of the Hounds chest; but wiki also says it can drop in Bulat's.

I've run that chest a fair amount in the last few days, keep getting the gloves instead of the goggles.

Anyone have a good place to go for these? Wiki also says that chest may be bugged based on difficulty.

Hounds chest drops the propulsion boots. You probably looted them from the spider chest on the way to hound chest, which is where i got mine.

I got my pair of Goggles from the Master of Hounds chest on normal (yesterday, in fact).

I've also gotten Cannith boots from that chest, but have only gotten Gloves from the spider chest.

Can't tell ya about Bulat, since I never seem to get him to pop.

Got my Goggles from the hound chest. Took me 2 ransacks to do it. Funny thing is, I ran it all on hard/elite and then for kicks I tried it on normal. That was the run they dropped.

They also drop in Wrack's chest, he's a rare in the manufactury. I always check for him on the way to cannith quests

Are you sure? I've gotten several Fab Gauntlets from Wrack's chest, but never any Goggles.

Someone put them(goggles) up for roll from Wrack's Chest, though I never actually saw them in the chest.

I have pulled 3 tinker's goggles in total so far, all from the hound master chest. I never got them from the phase spider chest (I had ransacked it several time because for some reason I believed the goggles dropped there).
