Default Please list Healing Amp and Incite on the Character Sheet - Stat tab

    Simple request for Turbine developers:

Please add display information for current Healing Amplification and Incite to the Character Sheet - Stat tab, similar to what you provide for Fortification:

    Khyber: Ying-1, Kobeyashi, Nichevo-1 | 75 million Reaper XP

Also include spell pen and DC's by school. Perhaps on the spell tab.

There are many stats I would like to add to that. The character sheet is very lacking and there's many values missing. As these stats are obviously in the game they should be shown.

Examples (edit - a couple have been mentioned above already):
    • Movement Rate
    • Spell DC for all schools
    • Spell Penetration
    • XP Bonus
    • Loot bonus
    • Special Melee attack DC (trip, sunder etc)
    • Healing Amplification
    • Melee Threat
    • Spell Threat
    • Glancing Blow damage
    • Glancing Blow special attack percentage
    • Spell cost discounts
    • HP regeneration
    • SP regeneration
    • Double Strike chance
    • Special class bonuses, such as Favored Enemy attack/damage bonus, Bard song duration, Rage duration, etc.
    • And I'm sure many more I can't think about now
If the reason these are not shown is "clutter" (a.k.a. "we think our players are stupid"), then make an "Advanced" tab for them. Really, there is no excuse for not showing these stats. It is D&D, devs. We like stats.

I have to agree. I don't mind seeing bunches and bunches of stats. In fact, i quite like it. I was also that guy in pnp with three pages of my character sheet.

I totally agree. DDO is a game of stats and numbers and the ability to micro manage such. To not have all stats and attributes listed in some fashion to monitor and adjust is rediculous ;P

In particular, I'd like (in this order of priority):
    • heal amp

    • melee threat

    • spell pen

    • movement rate

    • double strike chance

    • enemy fort bypass/reduction chance

    • attack rate modifier (haste, yugo pot, etc.)

    • spell threat

    • glancing blow dmg and chance

    • arcane spell failure chance

    • total armor check penalty

    • a list of current "guard" effects

Some of the others I'm less interested in. They should be lower priorities in any case. Some could get complicated, like spell DCs - hovering over the spell is easy enough to check DC, and heighten vs. not heightened could make displaying DCs more complex than it's worth.

Math is a very important part of this game and not all of us are math inclined.

Some of us are even math challenged.

Three pages? Unless you have to have it bound (softcover is acceptable) you still don't have enough......
Shapshap, League of Extraordinary Ham, Sarlona and a bunch of alts that all have names begining with Sha or Sho. Of course Shapshap could be the alt and one of the others the main, it just depends on what day it is.

I was thinking the same thing. Back in AD&D 2 pages were generally enough, but not in 3.x. I was at 4 or 5.

And in my test playing of 4e (may it soon be replaced) I felt like I was carrying a book.

Back in my day (Basic and 1sted) I tried to keep it to one side of one sheet. Maybe any gratuitous bio or spell lists could go on the back side. Anything we didn't have spelled out on paper we just made something up that sounded reasonable (er, um, make a strength check!) and rolled some dice. Or, as DM, I'd make something up that suited my purposes

But that was a fast and loose play style, which was more about hanging out with friends than being precise, and more about telling stories than simulating combat. It was easy entry and fast-paced.

But once computers get involved you add capability for quick and detailed math. And when you're playing with strangers instead of the guys you grew up with you need to hold to some preset rules. That being the case, we really ought to have more ready access to the numbers that are governing our characters' performance.

Add more of those informations onto the character sheet, but be careful about what you show on myddo. Otherwise we'll just get more griefing as many party leaders consider 150%+ of the required power the minimum.

How much drama would a kill count tally add? That /death count doesn't work for me... ;-)
