Which 2nd school for 1st life PM?

I'm running through my FVS past lives so i'm going to try PM to see what all the fuss is about. I'll take all the usual feats and am reasonably well geared so will hit 44 Int without a problem. I figure i could use all the boosts i can get to spell pen so will take the two feats in that as well.

My question is what should i focus on for my second school for some CC. I think i'll go enchantment and take 2 feats in that but would i be better to go conjuration for webs?

I might run some epics when i get there to have a play around but really i'll be going through my lives as quickly as possible. Gonna miss my fvs

My own quick leveling wiz build (WF PM) does not include any secondary school. Max int + focus items is enough for leveling, and most epics. Feats are better with other options : extend, insightful reflexes, shield mastery are all better for a quick leveling build.

This. I don't have any secondary schools on my first life pale master and have 43 necro, 41 enchant and 41 conjuration DCs.

Shield Mastery is what I want (but I'll wait until next life to get it).
