    Default Having problems with card details

    Only realized today the card I was paying for VIP (close to 18 months at this stage) expired a little before my last billing period which was today 14/3/12, said card was in my wife's name I have tried 3 maybe 4 times in the last hour or so to change the card details to one that is valid and in my name but keep getting this message
    The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005]

    since i have tried numerous times now at this stage i'm pretty sure all the details are correct

    now i know devs cant help directly here but any light that you may be able to shine on this problem will be much appreciated

    ps. am living in Ireland so calling customer services may be a bit of a hassle with time differences and all that

    still having issues resuming my sub, have tried 2 different cards(1 in my name and the other a reissue of the expired card),both B4 and after the account maint but still getting the above error msg

    I'd recommend calling again if you're able. Hold times have been very short recently. Otherwise, they'll answer your email when they reach it in the queue.
