windhowler bracers in an artificer

hello all, its a simple question, are the bonuses (+2to-hit/+1 dmg)from windhowler bracers working with repeaters and artificers? and if yes, does this bonus stack with bonus from kora sell set?
i was thinking about farm this bracers, but saw some threads where ppl say this bonus arent working at all.

The Marksmanship bonus seems to stack with everything out there. (Sora Kell, Frenzied Berserker, Shintao, Good Hope, Bard Song, etc..)

It does work quite nicely with repeaters.

The only issue is that the Marksmanship bonus does not show on the character sheet. If you swap it on and off you can see your attack roll increase/decrease in your combat log and your range of damage change slightly.

they're a good little thing to have & appear to work as theyre meant to... the clicky is a handy one to have too for dispersing clouds etc.

Windhowler bracers are what my Arty wears. Personally, think it's one of the best possible items in this game to equip on a ranged toon, up to and including epics.
