Many of my own weapon sets combine improved paralyzing and some form of blinding; I do it to myself all the time - and most people simply don't mind.

Ghallanda - now with fewer alts and more ghostbane
I plan on using khopeshes. Probably going human, and I will be short manning most quests. I will most likely be the one in front most of the time. No one ever keeps up very well. Seeing as it's only 32.8%, assuming his math is right, then maybe I should rock two Rad II khopeshes. Then at 16 throw on a DT armor with radiance guard for the higher levels.
Stompy
On my 13/6/1 Rogue monk fighter I use my radII SS in my main and my litII offhand and never have issues blinding, soon ill be doing the same split as a rogue fighter monk (On my main for his rogue past life) using khops and as he is now with one radII and dt mobs stay blind.

I've only ever said something once...And it wasn't specifically to someone using RadII.
During an E-DA the Bard in the party was using Glitter Dust to blind mobs. I said something pretty close to..."The only problem with Glitter Dust is that blinded mobs move through CC instead of staying put for us to beat on". The whining and crying about how I was a complete and total &%^#%&# for saying anything went on and on and on...
Was such an irritating situation that I've avoided saying anything in party since. Developed a new method, I simply refuse to chase anything that's blinded. If it gets close I'll attempt to Stun it into non-movemet, but that's it.

D.W.A.T: (Now with Non-Dwarf support)
Founder of the (D.W.A.T) Elf Rebellion and Supporter of the H (alfling). I(ntel). T(eam).
A pure build dual wielding Khopesh has a very hard time keeping up with the DPS of a splashed unarmed build, a splashed build with weapons will never keep up with what the same build can do with handwraps.
Stunning Fist gives +50% damage - including sneak attack - so the only time a pure build can keep up is vs 0% fort, unstunnable or otherwise CC'd mobs who don't have a high AC.
Even orange named high fortitude mobs succumb to a well specced stunning fist which makes many otherwise tough fights cake, even arcanes will struggle to provide helpless vs these and they obviously can't be instant killed.
On any life I'd prefer the additional AC, AB (compared to TWF'ing), saves, CC, DPS vs stunnable foes, DPS vs high fort foes (these 2 categories covers 99%+ of trash) that a monk splash with stunning fist has.
Only PL grab that this doesn't work for is barbarian (and bard but that seems less relevant). I'll probably do something like a max heal amp build with vampiric of bodyfeeder scimitars for barbarian PLs.
