missing enhancements when i roll up this builds

hi, trying out this build: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...d_post_4123014. i keep running out of action points or i find some of the enhancement is not available. i am using veteran status to start at level 4.

is there something strange about veteran status?

is there some way to print out or export the character from ddo?

Check the prerequisites of those enhaancements you want, some of them require a certain amount of AP spent in order to take them.

i think i can get any of them that i want, but i can't get all of the ones that the build specifies.

Characters get 4 AP per level, but with the exception of level 20 they get them after the level as opposed to at it. This means that a veteran status 4 character starts with 12 AP, so you can't finish taking the level 4 enhancements yet. You're not finished with level 4, so to speak.
