    Default None of Turbine FAQ's applies to me.

    I try to reactivate my vip.
    I have verified correct billing info for the 15th time.
    No i dont have a product key...*I downloaded DDO* they dont even sell this game at walmart anymore...
    I've picked my subscription plan *like it matters, its just gonna tell me the same **** anyways.*
    I checked the box next to terms and conditions.

    Drumroll please.....

    The Product Key you have entered cannot be used to upgrade this subscription due to an invalid upgrade path. [err: 29308]

    Shocked????

    Nope.

    *** Turbine??? I didnt know you were related to Blizzard...
