Cannot buy expansion off website ?

When I go to http://underdark.ddo.com/ and click on pre purchase now it throws up a window which says your shopping cart is empty and a button with continue shopping....

Is there a secret handshake to buy the product ?

Or does this mean Turbine thinks I play to much ?

Or is it secretly charging me multiple times ?

Turbine's websites can have issues with browsers other than Firefox and IE. If you are using Firefox or IE, and continue to have issues, contact Account Support via the information in my signature. They will be happy to take a further look for you.

The Digital River site is horribly designed. I was not able to order for several days until I figured out that the website had white text on a white background. If you block popups (as I do) you may have the same display issue. This occurred in both Firefox and IE for me. What finally worked was a setting under content -> colors to use MY settings instead of the ones from the website. That allowed my shopping cart to display and allowed me to enter credit card info during checkout.

Yip Chrome shows the issue but IE doesnt. Switched to IE and when I click purchase is comes up fine rerun the whole thing in Chrome and get the "Your Shopping Cart is empty". Also notice when I went back into IE and clicked the button again it automatically added one to my shopping cart making it 2 not 1. Something to be careful of if you go part way thorugh then start again

This happened to me using Opera, if I clicked "continue shopping" closed the pop up window then tried again it worked fine.
