DDO Launcher won't startup

I downloaded ddo onto a new computer recently and after finishing the instalaation it won't start. I click on the DDO Icon and nothing happens. I'm running on Vista and have direct x11. Tried several of the work arounds on the forums but nothing seems to help. Any ideas on how to get the game to work? Thanks.

Make sure the DDO shortcut points to this:
"C:\Program Files\Turbine\DDO Unlimited\TurbineInvoker.exe"

Have you installed and patched the .NET Framework?

Which antivirus and firewall are you using?

Are you launching DDO as your computer's administrator?

Could you post your DXDiag report?
